Ingredients for four people:
- 1 medium sized watermelon
- 1 block of feta
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 file
- 1 large handful of fresh mint
- Cut the watermelon in half, remove the skin and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the cucumber into quarters.
- Dice the feta.
