Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 kg piece of beef fondue
  • 2 cherry tomato buns
  • 2 small courgettes


For the pickle:

  • 25 cl of white wine
  • 280 g of concentrate
  • tomatoes
  • Herbs of Provence
  • salt pepper


Prepare the marinade: In a salad bowl, mix the white wine, tomato puree and herbs de Provence. Add salt and pepper. If you find it too thick, dilute it with wine or water.

Dice the beef and add to the marinade.

Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and add them to the marinade as well.

Wash the courgettes, cut them into cubes the same size as the meat ones and add them to the marinade as well.

Leave to marinate in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Alternate pieces of beef, zucchini and tomato on skewers.

Cook the skewers on the barbecue and enjoy them immediately.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • Twenty cherry tomatoes
  • 1 grain of garlic
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 240 g of Sardinian fregola
  • 100 g of feta
  • 1 handful of black olives
  • Olive oil
  • salt pepper


Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).

Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Peel and chop the garlic.

Wash, dry and chop the basil.

Place the cherry tomato halves on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle with garlic and basil, salt, pepper, sprinkle
of olive oil and cook for 20 minutes. To leave
return to room temperature.

Meanwhile, cook the Sardinian fregola in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the packet.

Rinse the pasta in cold water and drain.

Crumble the feta with a fork.

In a salad, mix the cooled Sardinian fregola, roasted cherry tomatoes, feta and olives. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper, and sprinkle with basil.
