The Cyril Lignac’s summer salad recipe it requires basic and seasonal ingredients. Here’s what you’ll need:
- A watermelon
- Peaches or nectarines
- a lawyer
- mozzarella balls
- Honey or agave syrup
- Olive oil
- basil leaves
In terms of utensils, you will need a sharp knife, a cutting board, a large spoon and a mixer.

Leave about twenty minutes to prepare this summer salad. Here are the steps to follow:
- Cut a melon in half. Then, empty half of the melon from its flesh, mix it. Pour the resulting juice into the hollowed melon half.
- Cut the nectarines into pieces, peel the strawberries and slice the avocado. Put all the fruit in a bowl and add the whole raspberries, mozzarella balls, agave/honey syrup and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix it all up.
- Place the juiced half melon in a large bowl filled with ice cubes. Place the fruit in the hollowed-out melon, then garnish with a few basil leaves.
