Who isn’t a fan of creme brulee? From the classic vanilla to the gingerbread winter version, we love it every time! For those with a sweet tooth, we’ve even created a creme brûlée brownie recipe… Melting and crunchy on top, it’s always a real treat for the palate. Today we put a little summer with this recipe with red fruits! But you can make it all year round with frozen red fruits, for example. It’s too good and changes the traditional crumble with red fruits!
Crème brûlée recipe with red fruits
Ingredients
- 1 vanilla pod
- 500 ml of full cream
- 6 egg yolks
- 100 g of white sugar
- 250 red fruits
- 6 tablespoons Brown sugar

Split the vanilla pod in half and scoop out the seeds.

Heat the liquid cream with the vanilla pod and then let it infuse over low heat.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla seeds until fluffy.

Remove the vanilla pod from the cream and pour it little by little into the above mixture, mixing continuously. Pour the cream into the ramekins and add the red berries (save a few for decoration).

Cook in the oven and in a water bath for 30 to 35 minutes at 160°C. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Sprinkle with brown sugar and then caramelize with a blowtorch or for a few minutes under the grill. Garnish with berries and serve immediately!
